Ingredients:
3 avocados1 small onion2 green chiliesjuice and rind of a lime1 oz/25g coriander leaves
8 sticks celery4 carrots
Directions: In a food processor, blend together the avocados, onion, chilies, lime rind and juice and coriander leaves. Pour into a bowl. Slice the veg into thin sticks and dip these into the guacamole. Serves 2 people.
